Yes! Parking is completely free for all Jingle Jolly Christmas Festival guests.
Will there be food or drinks?
Absolutely! We’ll have food trucks, drink stations, sweet treats, and even a bar for adults. Come hungry!
Do pictures with Santa cost?
Not at all! Free pictures with Santa are included with your admission ticket. Bring your camera and your Christmas spirit!
What are the ticket types?
We offer several ticket options:

Adult Ticket (Age 12 & up) – $10

Family Pack – Includes 2 adults + 3 children

Adult Pack – Includes 4 adult tickets
Children under 2 do not need a ticket.

Are pets allowed?
🐾 Service Animal Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Retama Park or Comal County Fairgrounds by strict no-pet policy for the venue.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are welcome at the Jingle Jolly Christmas Festival. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times. Please note that emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.
If a service animal is disruptive or not housebroken, we reserve the right to ask that it be removed from the event area.

Are tickets available at the door?
Yes! While we recommend getting your discounted early-bird tickets online, tickets will also be available at the gate (subject to availability).
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Yes! Strollers and wagons are welcome, especially for families with little ones.
